Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original Boody boxes.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
